The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.

BLUE WATER CONTRACTING & DEVELOPMENT INC. – Applicant proposes a Change of Use for Unit 12 in an existing mixed-use building, from office to apartment by converting Unit 12 to a dwelling unit, for a total of two (2) apartments (Unit 12 & Unit 13 (approved previously)) in the building, on property located at 41 Glendale Place on Tax Map & Lot #242-136.212 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.  Change of Use Review.  Application #2018000524.
