The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):

Applicant is requesting an Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirement from the Gilford Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Sections 5.1.3 & 5.1.5, Front and Rear Setback Areas, to allow a lesser setback at 100 Heights Road on Tax Map & Lot # 223-473.002 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.

Applicant is requesting a Variance from Article 5, Section 5.1.4 and Table 2 of the Gilford Zoning Ordinance, to construct an attached twenty-eight foot by twenty-four foot (28’ x 24’) two-story garage, a part of which will encroach approximately eight (8) feet into the northerly side setback.  The property is located at 34 Varney Point Road Left on Tax Map & Lot #223-426.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.
