The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

APPLICATION(S): 1. Wetlands Permit Application, Standard Review for Broadview Holdings, LLC at 51 Broadview Terrace on Tax Map & Lot # 221-033.000. The proposal is to rebuild the existing “U” dock and deck “in-kind” and construct a 4’ x 4’ “L” shaped dock attached to the existing dockage in a “W” configuration to provide 3 boatslips on 152 ft. average frontage and install two permanent boatlifts and two 14’ x 30’ seasonal canvas canopies.
2. Wetlands Permit Application, Standard Review for NH Department of Transportation for the Southbound on Ramp at NH Route 11 A/Us Route 3 Interchange. The project involved the rehabilitation of an existing 84” culvert that carries an unnamed tributary to Jewett Brook under the Southbound On ramp at the NH Route 11A/Us Route 3 Interchange. The existing pipe will be lined with a metal structural plate liner. A new concrete headwall will be constructed on the inlet end and one slope drain near the outlet will be replaced.
